General Plating Polishing Roll
Gravure printing plated roll is made by applying a thin plating film on the surface according to the type of plating material (chrome, nickel, copper, etc.), and boasts remarkable decay resistance and wear resistance.
The surface is finished by 1st and 2nd grinding, sizing, leveling, and polishing/super finishing (buffing).

Balancing
All our rolls are corrected by using balancing test in order to reduce vibration that is generated in a perpendicular direction when rotating.
